With this Congress, the organisers have for objective to:
- Raise the profile of environmental health in Africa,
- Share best practices of environmental health services delivery in Africa,
- Enhance inter-country collaboration in environmental health practice,
- Address the training needs of environmental health,
- Promote the environmental health needs of children in Africa,
- Promote environmental health research.
Topics such as water and sanitation, communicable diseases, environmental pollution, environmental health, training and development, climate change, research, policy and legislation, and many more, will be discussed during the Congress.
