DFID staff and development partners as well as service providers should register on-line or contact us if they have any enquiries.
DEW Point provides technical support to DFID and its development partners, both through the development of this interactive website, with feeds into archived information and news items, and through an on-line helpdesk.
The helpdesk can be approached by registered users (see panel) for help with:

Relatively straightforward enquiries, e.g. document requests, reviews and syntheses of academic and development agency literature, concept development, technical queries and sample Terms of Reference (ToR). The majority of enquiries can be handled quickly and at no charge.

More complicated services, e.g. identification, contracting and management of individuals and teams of specialists to undertake specific programme assignments, research or training (or other activities) on behalf of DFID and their partners. There will be a charge for these services.
